The Classes available will offer unparallel opportunities to learn something new or to strengthen the skills you already have, from Demos to hands on Classes you will have unique opportunities to learn the tips of the trade from some of the industry’s top Sugar Artists. Our classes guarantee you’ll come away with an entirely new skill set. We have classes tailored for novices, advanced bakers and candy makers. We have a class just for you!! There will be over 90 available at SoFLo 2016.

I’m looking forward to meeting all of the awesome people that I meet at SoFlo. From the staff and team members that do a great job in setting everything up, assisting us all! The amazing Teachers that provide us with their knowledge so that we may improve our skills and all of the new friends that we all make during our stay. The cake competition and all of the vendors we have personal access too!
