Stevi Auble Stevi Auble is a formally trained interior designer turned self taught cake artist. Her award winning cakes are known for their modern aesthetic, clean lines and creative use of wafer paper. Stevi’s love for cake design and wafer paper began in late 2010 and she has since spent her time nurturing her growing business in San Diego and teaching the art of modern wafer paper techniques.
