Andres Enciso Andres Enciso is a graphic artist who, from an early age, showed an excellent aptitude and expertise for arts, painting, design, and sculpting. Enciso graduated with a degree in Fine Arts. He has dedicated more than 10 years of his life to elaborating artistic cakes, as well as working and collaborating with many well-known cake companies in South Florida as an independent freelance decorator.
