**When you sign up for this class, it is two parts. Fist half on Saturday, second half on Sunday.
Cost $130.00. Limited to 25 students.
Come and learn how to take something as simple as royal icing to create this breathtaking birdcage. We will make accents in fondant, and 50/50 fondant/gumpaste. In this half day class, students will learn how to pipe a pattern on a flat surface. Then take the flat pieces to create a three dimensional stunning sugar piece. We will make little fondant birds to finish off the total piece. Our stand will be a wooden base, but we will discuss how to make an edible one.
