Throughout this engaging three-hour session, you'll acquire a comprehensive skill set, including:

1. Mastering Floral Icing Consistency: Understand the crucial art of achieving the correct proportions for floral icing, enabling you to create exquisite details.

2. Talking about baking Volumetric Forms: Delve into the art of preparing cookies that serve as the canvas for your future cookie bouquet. Learn the secrets of achieving perfectly shaped bases.

3. Crafting Hydrangea Cookies: Immerse yourself in the process of crafting ten hydrangea cookies, each varying in size and color. Please note that the actual hue of the hydrangea might differ from what you perceive on your screen. Every participant will depart with a unique color palette for their cookie bouquet.

4. Art of Coloring: Elevate your skills by exploring various techniques to alter the shades of your hydrangea cookie blossoms. Discover the transformative power of gel and paste paints, airbrushing, and dry dyes in bringing your creations to life.

5. Elegant Cookie Embellishments: Uncover the art of using silicone stamps to elegantly imprint lettering onto your cookies, adding a personalized elegance.

• All class tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

• All classrooms are on the second floor of MACC.

• You will need a general admission ticket in order to register for classes, including classes hosted on Friday.

• The vendor hall will not be open on Friday, and is only open Saturday & Sunday.

• Classes will begin promptly at the time scheduled.

• Saturday and Sunday there will be a two two-hour break from 1:00-3:00 to allow time for lunch, shopping, raffle drawings and contest results.

• All class materials and tools are included for classroom use only, unless otherwise noted. Students will NOT keep any tools used in class. Each student will be provided with a box to take home your completed class project.

• No children or guests allowed in classrooms. Only registered students will be permitted inside the class area.

In the event that the minimum student enrollment requirement is not reached by the specified deadline, the class will be cancelled. Affected students will promptly receive notification and will be provided with a  complete refund for the class/demo.
