Bride and Groom Cake Toppers - Creating That Happily Ever After (Fri, 8am-6pm) - SoFlo Cake & Candy Expo

Creating fun and unique bride and groom cake toppers can be a wonderful way to add a personal touch to a wedding cake.

Learn step-by-step how to create Wedding figurines in the style of Zoe’s Fancy Cakes. Zoe will guide you in this class on how to make a standing Bride and Groom cake topper similar in style to those seen in the class images*.

Learn Zoe’s techniques, tips, and tricks for figure modeling, helping you create cake toppers in a time-effective way. You can expect to come away from the course knowing how to create and adapt these figurines to make them individual to you.

The key to making fun, memorable cake toppers is to reflect the couple's personality and preferences while adding a touch of humor and creativity. Following your time with Zoe in this class, you will have the skills necessary to do this 🙂

*The Figures detailing / level of complexity will depend on the speed at which we work during the class and the time available to us. For example, the type of dress we create will more than likely be similar in style to that shown in the image of the Bride with the Groom in the Burgundy Jacket.

Schedule Note: Students will break for a 1-hour lunch at teachers discretion. 

• All class tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

• All classrooms are on the second floor of MACC.

• You will need a general admission ticket in order to register for classes, including classes hosted on Friday.

• The vendor hall will not be open on Friday, and is only open Saturday & Sunday.

• Classes will begin promptly at the time scheduled.

• Saturday and Sunday there will be a two two-hour break from 1:00-3:00 to allow time for lunch, shopping, raffle drawings and contest results.

• All class materials and tools are included for classroom use only, unless otherwise noted. Students will NOT keep any tools used in class. Each student will be provided with a box to take home your completed class project.

• No children or guests allowed in classrooms. Only registered students will be permitted inside the class area.

In the event that the minimum student enrollment requirement is not reached by the specified deadline, the class will be cancelled. Affected students will promptly receive notification and will be provided with a  complete refund for the class/demo.
