Nick developed his passion for pastry in his youth, and he has since taken a great number of courses within the art of sugar, to amplify his knowledge, decorating techniques, master the delicate art of making sugar flowers, etc. Nick has recently successfully completed the three modules for the PME Professional Course, and is officially a Master International Cake Decorator. “The King of the Sugar Shoes”, as he is also known, has garnered international fame through his marvelous collection of sugar shoes, each uniquely special shoe a highly sought-after item, Nick has offered classes in the United States and South America, he has been featured on television as well as in fairs and sugar conventions. Without a doubt Nick is one of the most innovative artists within the sugar craft field.
